We thank Warren Sandes and Jaimie Lawson for their years of service on the Board of Directors, and we welcome Elena Ranyuk and Terra Schott to the Board. We are also happy to welcome back Trisha Merriman, a former Board member who has returned for more fun!

BC CESCL Course

Registration is now open for a BC CESCL (British Columbia Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead) course, running March 10-11, 2020 in the BC Lower Mainland. The exact location will be announced in the coming weeks.

The BC-CESCL is designed to help practitioners understand how to manage erosion and sediment control on their construction projects and understand their obligations under government legislation. The two-day course and exam covers erosion and sedimentation processes, regulatory requirements, understanding erosion and sediment control plans, best management practices, inspections, and record-keeping. Please note this course is not designed to develop knowledge and skills in ESC plan design.
