Please follow the specific registration links below to be directed to the appropriate registration pages for Courses, PD Session, and Exhibitors. Prior to registering please also review the cancellation policy as this has changed since our last conference. All registrations include:
- Meals and refreshments – Breakfast (Wednesday & Thursday only), Lunch, tea/coffee

BC-CESCL Course
Dates: April 19 (Tuesday) and April 20 (Wednesday)
Cost: Members: $250 / Corporate Employee: $300 / Non-Member: $350.
Course registration is per person and includes all course/examination materials and for those who are registering as a non-member, your 1st year accredited membership with ESCABC.

BC-CESCL Recertification Course
Dates: April 22 (Friday)
Cost: Members: $175 / Non-Member: $270.

PD Speaker Series
Dates: April 20 (Wednesday) and April 21 (Thursday)
2 Day Cost: Member $225 / Non-Member $275.
1 Day Only - Cost: Member $145 / Non-Member $185.
Registration for the Professional Development sessions gets you access to all speaker sessions and access to the trade show over either the 2 full days or single day depending on your ticket. Conference note pads will be provided at the registration desk when you collect your name badge. Show up before the first session as breakfast is provided!
Single day PD session passes are available for those who are taking one of the course or who can't join us for both days.

Exhibitors
Dates: April 20 (Wednesday) and April 21 (Thursday)
Cost: Corporate Member $980 / Non-Member $1180.
Trade show booths include: 1 x attendee registration, 10 x 10 booth, logo on conference website, small company bio, and Inclusion in the event company contact directory. For the best value register as a corporate member!
* Please note that additional booth attendees are charged at the member PD Session rate
+ Register before March 30th and your company logo will be included on the conference note pad handed out to all attendees.

Cancellation Policy
The registration fee will be refunded, in full, if written cancellation is received up to two (2) weeks prior to the Conference. After this time, half the registration fee will be refunded up to five (5) working days prior to the event. The registration fee is forfeited if written cancellation is not received prior to five (5) working days before the scheduled event date.
There is no charge for substitutions.
Course Withdrawal / Refund Policy
ESCABC reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least two (2) weeks in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.
If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course or to receive a full refund of registration fees.
ESCABC is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
Method of Refund Payment
All refunds will be mailed out following the event as a cheque made out to individual/company that paid the registration fee. We cannot directly reimburse the card that was used for the registration.
