Registration and Cancellation Policy
Sponsors and Exhibitors
Sponsor registrations are non-refundable.
Exhibitor registrations are fully refundable only if you cancel by 5pm July 1st, 2018. Any cancellation after this date will incur an administration charge of $150 which will be deducted from the refund.
Conference Attendees
The 2018 Conference Fee is fully refundable by ESCABC only if you cancel by 5:00pm on October 5th, 2018. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in a refund. Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute a cancellation of your hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.
Conference fees are transferable to attendees within the same company as long as the form of payment does not change. A new name and new contact information will be modified within the existing registration. All requests for transfers must be received by October 15, 2018.
