Sponsors and Exhibitors

Sponsor registrations are non-refundable.

Exhibitor registrations are fully refundable only if you cancel by 5pm July 15, 2019. Any cancellation after this date will incur an administration charge of $150 which will be deducted from the refund.

Conference Attendees

The 2019 conference fee is fully refundable by ESCA BC only if you cancel by 5:00pm on October 22nd, 2019. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in a refund. Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute a cancellation of your hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

Conference fees are transferable to attendees within the same company as long as the form of payment does not change. A new attendee name and contact information will be modified within the existing registration. All requests for transfers must be received at admin@escabc.com by October 22, 2019.
