Conference Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibitor booths offer an excellent opportunity to showcase your company, with face-to-face time with hundreds of ESC professionals. All booths are in the main conference ballroom, where attendees come together for the keynote and plenary speakers, and all refreshment and meal breaks are hosted. There are 15 exhibitor booths available, and each offers an 8’x8’ space with a table and two chairs. You can fill your space with signage, branded drapery, and displays to showcase your company’s products and expertise.

Corporate members of ESCA BC can register for a booth at the member rate of $1,100. Non-members can register at the regular rate of $1,350. Registering for corporate membership takes about 24 hours to process, and costs $300 a year, with many benefits. See our membership page for more information about corporate membership

Exhibitors can set themselves apart by also becoming a sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities are available in a number of different tiers, with Platinum sponsorship including a display table in the Platinum Sponsor Area outside the session rooms
