As specifiers or users of sediment and erosion control products, we may be unfamiliar with what products are actually best suited to handle erosion control problems on our site. The presentation will focus on tools – sediment and erosion control products, available to address the different sites conditions. Sarika will discuss the differences between sediment control and erosion control and factors causing erosion on your sites. Then, she’ll explore best practices and products to mitigate and manage erosion and sediment, including questions to consider before choosing the best product(s). Finally, we’ll review pictures of sites to determine right or wrong products usage.
